Every product we sell comes with the original manufacturer warranty. We are an authorized reseller, so your warranty is legitimate. You will not run into dead ends when you need to use it.

• Zebra Technologies: 1-year manufacturer warranty (extended plans available)
• Honeywell: 1-year manufacturer warranty
• Epson: 1-year manufacturer warranty
• Brother: 1-year manufacturer warranty
• Datalogic: 1-year manufacturer warranty
• Other brands: Varies by product (Check the individual product listing)

Packaging & Shipping

We recommend that you keep the original packaging and shipping materials in case a product needs to be returned for warranty service. Proper packaging ensures that the item is protected during transit.

What Is Covered

Manufacturing defects in parts and workmanship, hardware failures under normal operating conditions or any factory defects found when the item arrives.

What Is Not Covered

Physical damage is not covered. That includes drops, cracks, water damage, or anything that has been caused by an impact. If the device was modified or repaired outside an authorized service center, the warranty is void. Parts that wear down through regular use are expected and not a defect. The use of a wrong power adapter or recommended voltage causing that damage also falls outside coverage.

How to Make a Claim

Email support@connectresale.com with your order number and a description of the problem. Photos or a short video are genuinely helpful to speed things up. We will review the claim and walk you through what happens next. Most warranty cases are resolved within 5 to 10 business days.

Extended warranty options are available on select products. If you want coverage beyond the standard period, email sales@connectresale.com and we will go through the options with you.
