ConnectResale LLC didn't begin with a pitch deck or a business plan—it started with a simple frustration. We saw businesses struggling to source reliable AIDC and IT hardware quickly, affordably, and from people who actually understood the products. That's why we built a company focused on expert service, trusted brands, and fast delivery.
Our Story
Back in 2021, we repeatedly encountered the same issue. Businesses purchasing barcode scanners, label printers, POS hardware, and related equipment were forced to choose between overpriced big-box retailers or slow distributors with minimum order requirements and long lead times.
There was no supplier offering competitive pricing, knowledgeable support, and fast fulfillment. We decided to fill that gap.
After several years of building relationships with trusted manufacturers and suppliers while refining our operations, ConnectResale LLC officially launched in 2025. Today, we're proudly based in Davie, Florida, serving customers throughout the United States.
