ConnectResale LLC did not start with a pitch deck or a business plan. It started with frustration.
Back in 2021, we kept running into the same problem. Businesses trying to buy barcode scanners, label printers, and POS hardware were stuck choosing between overpriced big-box retailers and slow indifferent distributors with minimum order requirements and two-week lead times. There was nobody in the middle. No one who actually understood the products, could answer a real question on the phone, and would get an order out the door the same day.
So we decided to be that company. After a few years of building supplier relationships and figuring out the operational side, ConnectResale LLC launched in 2025. We are based in Davie, Florida, and this is what we do.
Who We Serve
Our customers are not random. We see a lot of the same types of businesses come back to us repeatedly; such as retail operators, logistics companies, warehouses, hospitals, and government agencies at every level. These are not casual purchases for these people. A hospital buying barcode scanners for patient tracking, or a federal agency setting up a new inventory system, cannot afford equipment that fails or a vendor that does not pick up the phone. Having gone through that ourselves, we understand that completely and we run our business accordingly.

We stock Zebra, Honeywell, Epson, Brother, Datalogic, and several other established names. These are not knockoff alternatives or grey market products. We source authentic equipment through authorized channels and stand behind every order we ship.
