Return Policy

If something is not right with your order, we want to fix it. Here is how returns work at ConnectResale LLC.

The 30-Day Window

You have 30 days from delivery to start your return. Items need only to come back in their original condition, original packaging, and with all accessories included. We check everything when it arrives, so please pack carefully.

What We Take Back

We take back unused items in their original packaging, no questions asked. If something showed up defective; that counts too, even if you have already opened it or put it to use. Same goes for anything we shipped incorrectly or that arrived damaged.

We cannot accept items that were physically damaged through misuse, products missing their original packaging or accessories, opened software or activated licenses, used consumables like labels and ribbons, or special-order equipment configured to your specifications.

How to Start a Return

Email support@connectresale.com or call (754) 732-9110. Have your order number ready and we will issue you an RMA number while walking you through the process. Once we receive and inspect the item, refunds go back to your original payment account following the same payment method within 5 to 7 business days.

Received Something Defective or Damaged?

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery and send either a photo or a short video showing the issue along with your order number. We will arrange either a replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer. You will not be charged return shipping for defective or incorrectly shipped items

Refunds

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was on our end. Depending on your bank, refunds typically appear on your statement within 5 to 10 business days after we process them.
