Return Window

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. Requests made after 30 days will unfortunately not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Return Eligibility & Product Condition

  • Defective / Damaged / Incorrect Items Full Refund or Replacement
    If the product arrives dead-on-arrival (DOA), defective, or if you received the wrong model, you are entitled to a full refund or replacement at no cost to you.
  • Customer Remorse / Change of Mind Accepted
    We accept returns if you change your mind or ordered the wrong item, provided the item is unopened, unused, and in its original retail packaging with all original accessories and manuals included.

Return Shipping Fees

  • Defective or Incorrect Items - Free Return Shipping
    ConnectResale LLC covers the full cost of return shipping. We will provide a prepaid shipping label via email once your return is approved.
  • Customer Remorse - Customer Pays Return Shipping
    If you are returning due to a change of mind or an incorrect order placed, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

How to Initiate a Return

    Email us at [email protected] with your Order Number and the reason for the return. Please include any photos if the item is damaged or defective.

    Once approved, we will send you return instructions and, where applicable, a prepaid shipping label via email. Please do not ship items back without prior authorization.
