Shipping Policy

We understand how it works. You need the equipment, and you need it yesterday. We move as fast as we can on our end. Most orders are packed and handed to the carrier within 1 to 2 business days.

Processing Times

Orders placed Monday through Friday before 3 PM EST usually go out the same day or the next business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed first thing the following business day.

Shipping Options

• Standard Ground (FedEx): 5 to 7 business days
• Expedited 2-Day (FedEx): 2 business days
• Overnight (FedEx Overnight): 1 business day
• Freight: Available for large or heavy shipments. Call us for a quote.

Shipping Costs

Rates are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. We run free shipping promotions from time to time as well. Check our website for current offers.

Tracking

You will get a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as the order leaves our facility. You can track directly on the carrier's site or through the Track Order page on ours. If you have not received tracking info within 2 business days, check your spam folder first, then give us a call.

Where We Ship

We ship to all 50 US states. For international shipping, email sales@connectresale.com and we will let you know what we can arrange.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your package arrives damaged or has gone missing, contact us within 48 hours at support@connectresale.com. We file the carrier claim on your behalf. You should not have to deal with that and we will make sure you either get a replacement or a refund.
