How long does it take for my order to ship?
Most orders are out the door within 1 to 2 business days. Standard shipping adds 5 to 7 business days after that. If you need it sooner, 2-day and overnight options are available at checkout.
Do you ship to my state?
We ship to all 50 states. For international inquiries, email sales@connectresale.com and we will let you know what is possible.
How do I track my package?
You will get a tracking email as soon as the order ships. The Track Order page on our site works too. If you have not seen tracking info within 2 business days, check your spam folder first. If it is not there, give us a call.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as you can at (754) 732-9110. If the order has not shipped yet, we can usually make it work. Once it is in transit, you would go through our return process.
What is your return policy?
30 days from delivery on most items. The product needs to be in original condition with original packaging. Email support@connectresale.com with your order number to get started.
I received a defective product. What should I do?
Email support@connectresale.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and a photo or video of the problem. We will sort out either a replacement or a full refund, no cost to you for return shipping.
Does my product come with a warranty?
Everything we sell comes with the original manufacturer warranty. Coverage is typically 1 year depending on the brand. See the Warranty page for the full breakdown.
Are your products brand new?
All products are brand new unless a listing specifically says otherwise. New products come with full manufacturer warranty. Refurbished listings are clearly labeled.
Do you offer discounts for bulk orders?
For discounts, email sales@connectresale.com or call (754) 732-9110 with the quantity and product type. We’ll work out pricing from there.
Do you work with government agencies and hospitals?
This is actually a big part of what we do. We work with federal and state agencies, healthcare facilities, and educational institutions regularly. We accept purchase orders from approved accounts and handle tax-exempt purchases. Email sales@connectresale.com to get your account set up.
What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, ACH bank transfer, and purchase orders for approved accounts are accepted.
Is my payment information secure?
All transactions run through SSL encryption and a PCI-compliant payment gateway, making it secure. We never store full card numbers on our servers.
Can I purchase tax-exempt?
Government agencies, non-profits, hospitals, schools, and resellers may qualify for tax-exemption. Email sales@connectresale.com with your tax-exemption certificate before ordering and we will get your account set up.
Do you offer net terms or purchase order billing?
Net 30 and purchase order billings are available for qualifying organizations. Email sales@connectresale.com with your organization details and we will review your account.
